What a lovely late night pho joint. We love having an option outside of a drive thru. We industry workers need some hot soups sometimes too. Service is friendly and very fast. Will be adding this to our late night rotation. Happy eating!

This is definitely one of my favorite Pho spots in Orange County. I'd say... my second favorite pho spot in OC. I absolutely love how fast their service is and I usually never wait long to get seated. The last few times I got seated instantly! The food is an 8/10. 4+ Vietnamese restaurant that specializes in Pho (as the name suggests). Now, I used to live relatively close and this was in my rotation, especially since you get a delicious bowl pho with little fuss and it's available later in the evening than a lot of other places in the area. Just a great, reliable place that's always there for you, haha. The vibe differs depending on the time of day you go. A lot of my past visits were on the later side so it's just people wanting to grab a late night bite or people that just had a night out drinking. Service is always prompt and the food comes pretty fast. During my last visit, I ordered the 4. pho tai chin - pho with rare beef and brisket. This is my go to with most pho places (unless there's a specialty that I should order instead). Just a great, consistent bowl of pho! You get the usual basil, sprouts, citrus and you also get a side of onions here...or did I ask for a side of onions in vinegar... anyway, I'm a fan of this place. Parking is pretty easy usually because there is a lot. Especially easy when you come late, because most of the surrounding businesses are closed.

Every time I visit Pho Lu, the place is buzzing with energy a testament to just how fantastic their food is. Let's start with the star of the show the oxtail pho. The oxtail is so tender, it practically melts in your mouth, and each spoonful of broth is like a comforting embrace of rich, beefy goodness. But let's not overlook the Vietnamese eggrolls! They're crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned on the inside, and manage to shine every single visit. It's hard to find a place that nails it every time, but Pho Lu has the formula down pat. Despite it usually being crowded, the vibe is always laid-back and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Prices? Totally reasonable for the quality you're getting. Parking can be a bit of a scramble, but I always manage to find a spot, which seems like a small miracle in itself. Pho Lu isn't just a meal it's an experience. If you're in the mood for soul-warming pho and crave-worthy eggrolls in a friendly atmosphere, this is your spot. Highly recommend!

I got introduced to this place by a friend and its been my goto spot for pho ever since. Ambiance: The vibe here is very chill and simple. From the decor to the setup, its true to what an authentic pho place should look and feel like. Drinks: The drink menu is ok, its not the highlight for me but I don't come for the drinks I come for the pho lol. Although I do wish they had a few more options and upped the presentation. Service: The service has never been bad here nor have I ever experienced rudeness. In the same respects, I can't say I've ever been wowed by the customer either. Food: The food here is the highlight and I typically go for the Chicken Pho and it hits the spot every time. Its like chicken noodle soup in the sense that it just feels like its healing something lol. On a cold day, this pho here just hits different and thats why I keep coming back. Tips: Parking can be tricky sometimes when this area is busy so if you are coming during peak hours be prepared to scout out a parking place. Overall: Overall this place has the best pho I've had in OC so far and I love the authenticity of this place from top to bottom.

There wasn't much about this place that I could talk about but their pho was pretty average. Their broth was nice and rich, good amount of meat. I got their pho tai nam gau with a side of pickled onions. I would recommend asking for it and mixing it with sriracha. Absolutely amazing combination.

We got a medium Phở with Nạm, Vè, Bò Viên (Well cooked flanks, fatty tendon, and meatballs) with a side of egg (pictured) - 7/10 the broth lacks flavor and I wish there was more meat, but I still got my Pho fix. a cơm tấm with tàu hủ ky, chả trứng, and thịt nướng (broken rice with shrimp fried tofu, steamed egg omelette, and grilled pork) - 9/10 I like their fish sauce and the meat was flavorful. I like their decorations and there was many seatings. The staff was quick and courteous. It's also better to have cash on hand to avoid surcharges. Overall, this is still a good late / after midnight spot to get your Vietnamese food fix. Would come back!
